Stonebor Air/Gas Driven Pumps

Stonebor air operated pump/gas driven pumps are small, lightweight and easily maintained stainless steel single plunger pumps. These plunger pumps are smaller than their McFarland-Tritan, LLC air operated pump /gas driven pump cousins and offer the Stonebor name you rely on. These corrosion resistant plunger pumps, due to their stainless steel construction, are ideal for the injection of small-metered amounts of chemicals. The use of air/gas drive and corrosion resistant materials allow use in difficult and hazardous areas such as offshore oil/gas platforms. From individual plunger pumps to complete systems and custom engineered packages, units are available to meet your specific chemical injection requirements. Meets NACE standards for H2S Service.


Selection

Each pressure testing or injection application has characteristics that affect accuracy, including fluid compressibility, viscosity, and line length, among others. McFarland-Tritan, LLC will help select the Stonebor pump that provides the pressure, displacement, and cycle rate you require and adjust it under actual site conditions according to your requirements. When choosing your air operated pump/gas driven plunger pump, have in mind your desired output per day. Select the smallest pump capable of achieving the output flow rate within the maximum number of strokes per minute. See the charts below for details. Stonebor Model C-3A

This lightweight high pressure pump weighs in at a mere 14 lbs and offers an operating pressure of 10,000 psi at its smallest plunger size of 1/4". Intrinsically safe, non-electric, use of air/gas drive and corrosion resistant materials allow use in difficult and hazardous areas such as offshore oil/gas platforms. Positive displacement, stroke rate and stroke length adjustment for accuracy, materials chosen for maximum corrosion resistance. Manufactured to the highest quality standards demanded by today's industry. This displacement pump has a compact design compared with alternate electric pumps. Reduced components for easy maintenance. Easily installed, easily operated plunger pump.

Stonebor Model C-6PR

This Stonebor displacement pump weighs two pounds less than the Stonebor Model C-3A at 12 lbs and is the lightest model operating at 2,975 psi at a �" plunger size and 12.5 gal/day flow. Intrinsically safe, non-electric, use of air/gas drive and corrosion resistant materials allow use in difficult and hazardous areas such as offshore oil/gas platforms. Positive displacement, stroke rate and stroke length adjustment for accuracy, materials chosen for maximum corrosion resistance. At 18 lbs, this high pressure pump offers the second highest operating pressure of 13,350 at �" plunger size. It is, like the rest on this page, intrinsically safe, non-electric, and uses of air/gas drive and corrosion resistant materials to allow use in difficult and hazardous areas such as offshore oil/gas platforms. This is the heaviest Stonebor air operated/gas driven pump, weighing in at 76 lbs. Its plungers are larger, which allows greater flow, 203 gal/day at 30 cpm and a pressure at 5,470 for a 7/8" plunger. Intrinsically safe, non-electric, use of air/gas drive and corrosion resistant materials allow use in difficult and hazardous areas such as offshore oil/gas platforms.
